Sashti 2016 date’s based on Tamil Calendar,. Shasti, or Sashti, is an important day in a Hindu calendar and is associated with Lord Muruga. Below are the Shasti and Kanda Sashti fasting days in year 2016.  Shashti falls on the sixth day of every lunar fortnight in traditional Hindu calendar. The Shasti falling during the waning phase of the moon is chosen for fasting by Lord Subrahmanya or Muruga devotees. சென்னை: தமிழகத்தின் பெரும்பாலான பகுதிகளில் மழை கொட்டித் தீர்த்து வருகிறது. இந்த நிலையில் மழை வெள்ளத்தால் பாதிப்பை சந்திப்போருக்காக உதவி எண்களை தமிழக அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. வங்கக் கடலில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள காற்றழுத்தத் தாழ்வு நிலை வலுவடைந்து தற்போது அடர்ந்த காற்றழுத்தத் தாழ்வு மண்டலமாக மாறியுள்ளது. அது புயலாக மாறலாம் என்றும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. சென்னைக்கு அருகே நிலை கொண்டுள்ள அது வடக்கு திசையில் ஆந்திராவை நோக்கி நகர்ந்து வருவதால் படிப்படியாக மழை தமிழகத்தில் குறையும் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த நிலையில் தமிழகத்தின் மழை பாதித்த அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கையை அரசு எடுத்துள்ளது. குறிப்பாக காஞ்சிபுரம், திருவள்ளூர், சென்னை, திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டங்களில்தான் அதிக மழை பெய்யும் என எச்சரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால் அங்கு தேவையான முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மேலும் மழை வெள்ள பாதிப்பு குறித்து 1070 என்ற எண்ணைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு பொதுமக்கள் உதவி பெறலாம் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்படடுள்ளது. சென்னையில் ஏற்படும் வெள்ளபாதிப்புகள் குறித்து 1913 எண்ணில் தகவல் தெரிவிக்கலாம் என்று தெரிவிக்க...

தலைமுடியின் வளர்ச்சியை அதிகரிக்க வெங்காயத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவது எப்படி? வெங்காய தண்ணீர் ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் வெங்காயத்தை நறுக்கிப் போட்டு, அதில் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி நன்கு கொதிக்க விட வேண்டும். வெங்காயம் மென்மையானதும், நீரை வடிகட்டி, அந்த நீரைக் கொண்டு ஸ்கால்ப்பை மசாஜ் செய்து ஒரு மணிநேரம் கழித்து, ஷாம்பு போட்டு தலைமுடியை அலச வேண்டும். இதனால் முடியின் வளர்ச்சி அதிகரிக்கும். தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் சுத்தமான தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் தலைமுடியின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு உதவும். அத்தகைய தேங்காய் எண்ணெயை வெதுவெதுப்பாக சூடேற்றி, வெங்காய சாற்றினை சிறிது சேர்த்து கலந்து, ஸ்கால்ப்பில் தடவி மசாஜ் செய்து, 1 மணிநேரம் ஊற வைத்து, பிறகு ஷாம்பு போட்டு அலச வேண்டும். ரம்  ஒரு சிறு பாத்திரத்தில் வெங்காய சாற்றினை ஊற்றி, மிதவான தீயில் சூடேற்றி, பின் அதில் 60 மி.லி ரம் உடன் சேர்த்து கலந்து, ஸ்கால்ப்பில் தடவி மசாஜ் செய்து 1/2 மணிநேரம் ஊற வைத்து, பின் அலச, தலைமுடி நன்கு அடர்த்தியாக வளரும். தேன்  1 கப் வெங்காய சாற்றில் தேன் சேர்த்து கலந்து, ஸ்கால்ப்பில் தடவி மசாஜ் செய்து ஊற வைத்து அலச, மயிர்கால்களின் வலிமை அதிகரிப்பதோ...

An Indian company has launched what is being billed as the world's cheapest smartphone. Ringing Bells earlier said their Freedom 251 phone would be priced under 500 rupees (£5; $7.3), but at the launch on Wednesday, it said it would cost just 251 rupees ($3.67; £2.56). The phone has 8GB storage and cameras in the front and back. India is the world's second-largest mobile market and has one billion mobile phone subscribers. Freedom 251 is expected to target a market already dominated by low-cost handsets. "This is our flagship model and we think it will bring a revolution in the industry," the AFP news agency quoted a spokeswoman as saying. At present, the firm imports parts from overseas and assembles them in India, but plans to make its phones domestically within a year, she added.
