Honey and Ginger Juice:
The combination of
honey and ginger is excellent to lose weight. Taking this mixture twice a day
will help to reduce your weight.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Ginger
Method:
Extract the juice from ginger and add 2 tbsp in a
bowl. Add 3 table spoons of honey to the juice. Mix it well and drink it twice

Honey and Cinnamon:
The benefits of
honey and cinnamon are endless. Though honey adds a great taste it has a

Ingredients:
Honey 1 tbsp

Boil the cinnamon in water for 15 minutes. Remove

mix honey to the cooled cinnamon water.

Luke warm water-1
Glass
Honey – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1

Lemon juice – 4 tbsp.

Take a glass with Luke warm water. Add 1 tsp of
honey, 1tsp of black pepper. Add 4 tbsp of lemon juice and mix it well. Drink
this mixture every day in the morning to gain a noticeable change.
Jujube or Indian Plum Leaves:

said to cut down fat in the body. Take a handful of Indian plum leaves or
jujube leaves and soak it in water overnight. Remove the water in the morning
